Returns and Exchanges


If you change your mind about a purchase or require a different size we will exchange any item providing that:  

* Proof of purchase is supplied.
* Goods are in their unused/unworn original condition with sealed packaging and swing tags still attached.
* Goods are returned within 30 days from receipt of goods

       We recommend that returned parcels are packed appropriately and sent via a tracked postage service. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

      If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can choose between a refund or replacement, provided that proof of purchase is supplied and you contact us within 30 days from receipt of goods.

      To organise a return, refund, or exchange, simply send us an email at order@playbill.com.au with the following details:   

      * Your order number.
      * The issue with the product (please include photos if an item is damaged or defective).
      * Whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or exchange.
