 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Where do you ship to?
We currently only deliver within Australia.

Do you ship to PO box addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO box or army post addresses.

How long does it take to receive a parcel?
Online orders are typically delivered 3-7 business days after an order is placed. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped.

Please be aware that if your order includes an item or items noted with PRE-ORDER on the product page or your order confirmation, the order will only ship in full, when the item/s are back in stock. Estimated restock dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page. 

If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please contact us.

Can I get next day delivery?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer next day delivery.

Where is my parcel?
If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time frame please email us at  order@playbill.com.au.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind about a purchase or require a different size we will exchange any item providing that:  
  • Proof of purchase is supplied.
  • Goods are in their unused/unworn original condition with sealed packaging and swing tags still attached.
  • Goods are returned within 30 days from receipt of goods.

 We recommend that returned parcels are packed appropriately and sent via a tracked postage service. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can choose between a refund or replacement, provided that proof of purchase is supplied and you contact us within 30 days from receipt of goods.

To organise a return, refund, or exchange, simply send us an email at order@playbill.com.au with the following details:   

  • Your order number.
  • The issue with the product (please include photos if an item is damaged or defective).
  • Whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Why can’t I return jewellery? 
Unfortunately, for Health and Safety reasons, jewellery is not returnable or refundable unless faulty.

ORDERS

Can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately you cannot add items to your order once you have checked out.

Can I cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out. If you would like to cancel your order please send us an email at  order@playbill.com.au
as soon as possible. Please note we cannot cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

Can I pre order products?
We do not currently offer pre orders on products.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND VOUCHERS

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Currently we do not sell gift vouchers, however this is something we are working on.

Where do I enter my promotional code?
At the checkout, above your subtotal is a box in which you can enter any discount codes.

My promotional code was not applied, what should I do?
If you entered the promotional code and it did not apply it to the total please double check that you have the correct code or that it has not already expired. If checked and the code is still not working, please contact us on order@playbill.com.au.

*Store reopens at 12:30 for scheduled matinee performance. Access to the shop during show time will not be permitted.
